Payment Plan

Beginning in 2017-2018 school year parents will begin to use the FACTS pre-payment plan for all payments for the Before and After School Care Programs.  Parents deposit into their pre-pay account (separate from tuition) and Holy Cross School will then bill the account on the Monday following the week of care. FACTS will then remit to Holy Cross. Holy Cross will set up your requested minimum balance for the pre-payment account and when the account reaches the minimum balance you will be notified by FACTS to increase your pre-pay account balance.  A recommended initial deposit would be the anticipated cost for two (2) weeks of care.  The registration fee can also be deducted from this pre-payment account.

This is a mandatory payment program for your child/children to be enrolled in Before/After School Care and we will no longer accept payments at the school.
